Please note: almost all rooms and dorms have bathrooms en suite.
Prices include taxes and an unlimited buffet breakfast, served from 7:15 to 10:15 am.
If you arrive before 10:15am, we offer that you join us for a complimentary breakfast.
We have sixty rooms with one, two or three beds, plus six dormitories with four to six beds each - almost all of them have their own en-suite showers and toilets.
All rooms, dorms and lounges have free WIFI and cable LAN internet access.
All rooms look onto the park or over Nice - some have balconies or private terraces with spectacular views over the town and the Mediterranean sea.
For cheap group accommodation (15 or more) please contact us direct. We are also able to organise a conference or classrooms. For groups, conferences or classrooms we are able to negotiate discounts; please contact us direct.
Not included is a €3 key deposit - per key - which is taken (in cash) upon your arrival and reimbursed upon return of your key. A form of photo I.D. is requested when you check in, to be held in our safe for the duration of your stay.
